WHO WE ARE
Gio Candies was born in 2020 during one of the hardest periods of my life.
After going through a breakup, moving into a new apartment, and struggling with my mental health, I found myself overweight, unmotivated, and searching for change. Around that time, I began focusing on improving my lifestyle — exercising daily, losing weight, and rebuilding discipline one step at a time.
During that journey, I explored intentional microdosing alongside healthier habits like movement, nutrition, and mindfulness. The experience had a profound impact on how I approached my well-being, creativity, and outlook on life.
I had previously learned valuable lessons from working around the cannabis industry — especially the importance of community, education, and responsible product creation. I realized there was an opportunity to build something different: a brand centered around positivity, craftsmanship, and connection.
That idea became Gio Candies.
What started in a small kitchen quickly grew into something much bigger than candy. Every chocolate and gummy is handcrafted with care, creativity, and purpose. From day one, the mission has been simple:
